By using Livedress.com, herein referred to as the “Site", you indicate your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you have no right or license to access this Site and you should not do so.
Jurisdictional Issues
The Site is controlled and operated by Omni Platinum Enterprises Inc. from its headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Livedress.com makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Basic Terms
•	You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
•	You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
•	You must not abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other Livedress.com users.
•	You may not use the Livedress.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
•	You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content') that you submit, post, and display on the Livedress.com service.
•	You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Livedress.com members ('Spam').
•	You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
•	You must not, in the use of Livedress.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Livedress.com account. While Livedress.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Livedress.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Livedress.com service at your own risk
General Conditions
•	We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Livedress.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
•	We reserve the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
