•	This privacy policy pertains to the use of the Livedress.com web site at http://www.livedress.com

•	When you register a shopper account, we ask for your email address, your name, your birthday, your gender, and certain location information. Once registered, you can provide additional information at your discretion.
•	When you register a store account, we ask for the store name, store address, and certain location information. We also ask for information on the the registrant (point of contact), including email address, birthday, and position within the company. This information is necessary to ensure the integrity of stores registered on Livedress.com. Once registered, the store can provide additional information at their discretion. Certain information is required for Livedress.com to promote the store to shoppers.
•	Livedress.com automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page you request.
•	Livedress.com uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
•	Livedress.com will never share an individual shopper’s personal information with retailers or advertisers, unless specific permission is granted by the shopper.
•	Shoppers’ personal information is protected from stores at all times. Even when a shopper is a member of a store, the store cannot view identifiable information about that shopper.
•	If a shopper contacts a retailer directly, via a private message on Livedress.com, the shopper can use an alias as not disclose their identity. The store will not have access to any personal information, unless provided by the shopper.
•	Livedress.com may share demographic information with business partners, such as "65% of users who regularly use Livedress.com are between 18 and 34" or something similar. No personally identifiable information will ever be used without your permission (i.e. we will ask you for a quote or testimonial)
•	Livedress.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested or when we have your permission.
•	Livedress.com may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Livedress.com Terms of Service.
